HOPE Academy is deeply committed to giving our students more than a diploma. We’re dedicated to giving them direction. Too often, adults finish high school without ever receiving meaningful exposure to the workforce or guidance on how to build a sustainable career. We’re here to change that. Our students are driven, hardworking adults who show up with determination and purpose. As they work toward earning their high school diploma, they’re also being trained to step confidently into the workforce. Through our program, they develop the organizational, communication, and efficiency skills that employers value.

In a brief online meeting, we introduce the talent to the partner and explain why they are the strongest match.
Terms & Guidelines
The partner shares their pay scale, expectations, and employee guidelines. We relay this information to the talent to ensure full understanding.
Onboarding & Compliance
Once the partner accepts, we handle onboarding — including W‑2 paperwork, payroll setup, and background checks.
Assignment & Support
The talent begins working, and we continue to monitor their progress while providing ongoing support throughout the assignment.
